The following is a list of our Refund/Cancellation Policy.  

• Registration fees are non-refundable

• Lab fees are non-refundable once the class starts

• No fee refunds will be granted after the first day of class

Class cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. Should MMI cancel a class and no other offered class time will accommodate your family, a fee refund, minus any classes attended will be credited back to the credit card on file or credit towards a future class will be given.

Cancellation Policies vary with each Parks & Recreation Department.  Please contact them directly for their policy. 

Photo Release Permission

As a parent or guardian of this student, I hereby consent to the use of photographs/video taken during the course of the session for publicity, promotional and/or educational purposes (including publications, presentation or broadcast via newspaper, internet or other media sources). I do this with full knowledge and consent and waive all claims for compensation for use, or for damages.
